The Senior Quality Executive is responsible for ensuring the consistent quality of products and processes by monitoring, analyzing, and improving quality control systems. This role involves overseeing compliance with quality standards, conducting audits, and coordinating corrective actions to meet regulatory and customer requirements.Key Responsibilities:Implement and maintain quality control procedures and standards as per company policies and regulatory requirements.Conduct inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.Analyze quality data and generate reports to identify trends, defects, and areas for improvement.Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards such as ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, or industry-specific regulations.Support internal and external audits, prepare audit documentation, and liaise with auditors.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in quality assurance/control in [industry-specific: manufacturing, pharma, FMCG].Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, etc.).Experience with audit processes and CAPA implementation.Proficient in quality tools such as root cause analysis, FMEA, Six Sigma (preferred).
