The Accounts Officer is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the finance team in day-to-day accounting operations. This role ensures compliance with financial policies and procedures while assisting in the preparation of financial reports.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts.Process invoices, payments, receipts, and other financial transactions.Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets.Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and relevant laws.Support month-end and year-end closing activities.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.2 - 4 years of experience as an Accounts Officer or similar role.Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).Strong numerical and analytical skills.
