The Billing & Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end billing process and providing administrative support to the sales team. This role ensures accurate invoicing, order processing, and customer coordination while maintaining clear records and communication between departments.Key Responsibilities:Generate invoices and process billing in a timely and accurate mannerCoordinate with the sales team for order confirmations and client requirementsMaintain accurate customer records, pricing details, and order historyFollow up on payments and coordinate with the finance team on collectionsHandle internal documentation related to sales transactions and contractsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or related fieldExperience in billing, sales coordination, or administrative rolesProficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software like Tally / QuickBooks / ERPStrong communication and interpersonal skills
