Client Support EngineerMissionMain Role & Responsibilities? Dealing with support cases or requests via e-mails, phone an online tools? Managing client issues, requests and enhancements using online tools and processes? Problem determination, issues' qualification : perform initial investigation and troubleshooting and provide workarounds to bugs and customer issues? Providing a high quality service to our customers by complying to our SLAs for response and resolution times? Assistance on release migrations and patches deployment.? At least 2 years' experience in a development (JAVA)? Excellent analytical and problem solving skills? Ability to work both independently and as part of a team? Excellent customer facing skills? Understanding of software development cycle? Excellent written and spoken FrenchDesirable Skills? Ability to work under pressure? Has experience in a similar environment?
