Purpose of the position To follow up and manage sales representative activities and ensure implementing sales dept. strategy as well as provide his superior with required data and reports.Responsibilities & duties1.Allocate sales targets among sales representatives, motivating and coaching internal sales people on how to achieve sales targets2.Follow up and monitor sales target achievements by volume of value.3.Develop action plans to increase performance and productivity of staff by on-job training, in addition to train new staff.4.Cover sales representative duties during his absent or in vacant position.5.Determine distribution channels efficiency.6.Prepare and send sales daily, weekly and monthly report to superior.7.Provide incentive report to his superior.8.Prepare and commitment to monthly and weekly time plan report.9.Increase selling point in a monthly bases between (2-5%) monthly.10.Monitor visibility and availability of company`s product in all point of sales. 11.Follow up and monitor customer?s credit balance.12.Checking cash vans inventory in a monthly bases.13.Organize staff leaves and replacement.14.Make competition reports on monthly bases.15.Any other related duties that asked by superior.
