Planning and overseeing the execution of various Continuous Improvement projects targeted towards improving performance on safety, quality, cost and delivery.
Create a yearly budget that provides the company owners the expected expenses & profits for the upcoming year.
Support the Production Manager on a day to day basis, in a confident and positive manner.
Focus on business performance improvements that yield zero accidents, waste elimination, customer satisfaction, and defect free products.
Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety regulations.
Oversee all incoming inventory, and storage operations professionally.
In Collaboration with the Production Manager must optimize productive time for employees by eliminating unnecessary processes.
Report and track expenses to reduce costs against approved budget.
Always analyze production metrics and data to determine areas to improve.
Participate in the employee hiring & training for the new employees.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe working environment.
Ensure all legal requirements, company safety procedures, and local and state health and safety regulations are met.
