Urgently RequiredSenior Civil Quantity Surveyor minimum 10 years of practical experience in high rise buildings and towers , Preferably with contracting companies ..1-Preparation of detailed quantity take offs , prepares the packages and communicates them to Procurement .2-Oversee accurate and detailed BOQ especially for re-measured contracts .3-Preparation of all payment applications and variations of the main contract and subcontractors / suppliers.4-Assists in the preparation of the commercial part of claims and reports.5-Studies the subcontractors / suppliers payments and variations status.6-Rewies and relies to all correspondences regarding payments and variations with subcontractors / suppliers.7-Provides assistance to operations in the substation and documentation of variation orders and claims.8-Regularly updates the Commercial Manager on the progress of works .
