Required Project Development Director for a big Saudi Holding company located in Riyadh with below details:Job Roles:

Identifies business opportunities relevant to the business activities of the company and provide useful market analysis
Provide Company?s Management with commercial insights and recommendations on the available project development business opportunities.
Identify potential business clients and business partners and conduct due diligence and necessary back ground checks to ensure their suitability for the business opportunity
Analyze and create project scope and milestones for several company initiatives related to project development
Specify scope of consultancy and advisory services required in the course of conducting project development activities and be able to procure and administer the contracts of these services.
