Job Description

Objectives:?Our client, a joint-stock and investment management company, is looking for an Investment Analyst to join their team in Riyadh. The main objective of this position is to?follow up on the companys current investments and provide new investment opportunities.?Responsibilities:?

  • Determining the strengths, weaknesses and dangers of investments and making recommendations to the executive management.
  • Assisting the management in setting goals, which contributes to preparing appropriate plans for investment and expansion.
  • Determining the financial indicators that include liquidity - profitability - financial leverage ? market.
  • Analyze and monitor all available data, including financial and economic trends.
  • Estimating or determining the fair market values of all current investments on an annual basis and raising the necessary recommendations.
  • Assessment of financial conditions by comparing the results that have already been achieved for investments with prior plans and expectations.
  • Full knowledge of the evaluation method used (DCF, Comparable, Multiple (Net profit/EBIDA).
  • Communicate with third parties for opportunities and presenting investment opportunities to the Investment Committee and the Board of Directors.
  • Follow up and receive the information needed to analyze and evaluate the opportunity.
  • Opportunity analysis and evaluation (technical analysis, ignorance).
  • Making the required forms to present the opportunity (teaser, technical evaluation, etc).
  • Technical support for investee companies within the limits of their specialization (such as assisting them in evaluating the company).
