Job Description

On behalf of a leading GCC furniture and Home Decor showroom, we are seeking Customer Service Officers who are enthusiastic with a ?people-first? attitude.You will be based in their Riyadh showroom Head Office and reporting to the Customer Service Manager.

  • You will supervise the Customer Service, Hospitality, Playroom, and Reception activities to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and delight.
  • Monitor the activities of the Reception, Playroom, and Hospitality activities to ensure that customers service on the floor meets company standards.
  • Monitor the Playroom and Hospitality areas.
  • Resolve customer complaints on the floor if required and report the same to the manager.
  • Monitor and track daily rosters of the customer service team to ensure that ample resources are available for mobilization.
  • Prepare monthly management reports for customer complaints.
  • Monitor the performance of the team and identify areas for improvement.
