Job Description

Job OverviewThe Internal Sales Rep will focus on calling clients to make sure that they activate their products and that they will renew their licences on time.?Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collect the end user details from the PO received (request for the same if not available on the PO)
  • Maintain the record of the end user details in order to communicate with them time to time
  • Welcome call with advising them to activate the license to make use of the entire term
  • Pull the activation report from SGM in order to follow-up with the end user and resellers for late activations
  • Confirmation call if they already activate the license and everything is working fine
  • Call them before 30 days of renewal to know if everything is fine and they will renew on time
  • Call the invitees to confirm their registration and attendance
  • Feedback from the call attendees and following up for sale by rerouting them to the resellers
