Key Responsibilities:? Monitor day-to-day platform operations in line with standard capability procedures, ensuring that alltechnical components are working as expected? Manage technology suppliers and partners in line with agreed contracts and service levels, and onboardnew users (including external partners, researchers, and entrepreneurs) onto platform? Identify and report events / outages, and manage operational issues, incidents, and changes withrelevant stakeholders and ensure resolution? Monitor that the platform environment follows the standard capability procedures? Analyze and report on platform utilization, platform performance, areas of optimization / enhancement
