Leading, Motivating, Training & Guiding a team of skilled technicians in workshop and field. Responsible also for Garage operations contract at site and to ensure customer satisfaction.
Should be able to lead, motivate, train and guide a team of skilled technicians and to execute jobs pertaining to service, repairs, and maintenance of any heavy vehicle/Equipment/Earth moving machines.
Supports counter sales/customer by any required technical information for our franchises
Supervisor is the sole responsible person for the arrangements of spare parts and materials for the routine/ breakdown tasks, PM activities and corrective maintenance. He must be familiar and high technical field experience of spare parts requirements, identify the quantities, knowing the market place brands, locally and internationally. He must able to understand the procedures to raise SARs (Stock Amendment Register), DMR (Direct Material Request) and Material reservation at the COMPANY.
Cooperate with Service / Sales department to collect / update the data for the new sold machines / PDI.
