The HR Transformation Manager will drive end-to-end HR transformation initiatives across UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain. You will leverage digital technologies, optimized processes, and robust change management to deliver a future-ready HR operating model that supports business objectives and enhances employee experience.Responsibilities:Lead and execute HR digital transformation initiatives, including technology selection, configuration, and deploymentRedesign and implement HR operating models to improve efficiency and agilityOptimize HR processes through automation, data analytics, and best practicesDevelop and implement workforce planning strategies aligned with organizational goalsOversee HRIS implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration and data integrityDesign and lead change management programs to ensure stakeholder engagement and adoptionCollaborate with regional business leaders, HR centers of excellence, and external vendorsMonitor transformation metrics, prepare reports, and recommend continuous improvementsRequired Qualifications:8?15 years of progressive HR transformation experience in large organizationsProven expertise in HR Digital Transformation, including emerging technologiesStrong background in Operating Model Redesign across multiple marketsDemonstrated success in Process Optimization and automationSolid experience in Workforce Planning methodologies and toolsHands-on experience with HRIS Implementation (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM)Demonstrated Change Management skills with stakeholder managementExceptional project management, communication, and presentation skillsBachelor?s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fieldPreferred Qualifications:Experience working in MENA region (UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain)PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certificationHRIS vendor certifications (SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM)Master?s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or MBAFamiliarity with local labor laws and regulatory requirementsMultilingual proficiency (Arabic and English)
