Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day personnel operations, including employee relations, attendance, leave management, and onboarding/offboarding processes. Oversee government relations and compliance using statutory platforms such as Nitaqat, Mudad, Qiwa, and Muqeem. Coordinate logistics compliance and facility-related clearances, specifically utilizing the Fasah platform for import/export documentation alignment. Secure, update, and maintain required municipality permits and commercial licenses for the location. Supervise administrative support services, office procurement, and facility maintenance.SkillsQualifications & Requirements: Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR/Admin Supervisor or Senior Officer within the logistics, automotive, heavy equipment, or spare parts industries. Strong technical command of Saudi regulatory portals (Nitaqat, Mudad, Fasah). Language: Full professional proficiency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken). Ability to work on-site in Southeast Riyadh (Al Munakh).
