The Sales Representative will drive revenue growth by identifying prospective clients, presenting Hivebit's smart automation solutions, and closing sales of our packages and custom projects. The role also includes managing Hivebit's social media presence as a key channel for brand visibility and lead generation. This role begins as a performance-based engagement with an uncapped, tiered commission structure, and converts into a salaried annual contract once the revenue milestone is achieved.Key Responsibilities - Sales & Business Development:Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities with homeowners, property developers, contractors, interior designers, and commercial clients.- Present and demonstrate Hivebit's solutions to prospective clients, including showroom visits, site visits, and product demonstrations.- Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the technical team, and follow up until closure.- Negotiate and close sales in line with Hivebit's approved pricing and discount policies.- Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and closed deals, and submit a weekly sales activity report.- Follow up on payments and support the collection of client invoices related to closed deals.- Attend to client queries after the sale and coordinate hand-over to the installation and support teams.- Represent the Hivebit brand professionally at exhibitions, events, and client meetings.- Provide market feedback on client needs, competitor activity, and pricing to management.Social Media & Digital Marketing:Manage Hivebit's social media accounts (Instagram and other platforms), keeping them active and up to date.- Plan, create, and publish regular content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos showcasing Hivebit's products, projects, and showroom.- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms to generate leads, within a budget approved by management.- Respond to messages, comments, and enquiries received through social media in a timely and professional manner, and convert these enquiries into sales opportunities.- Track engagement and lead-generation results from social media and report them as part of the weekly sales report.- Ensure all published content is consistent with Hivebit's brand identity and approved by management before major campaigns go live.SkillsSales and business developmentB2B and B2C lead generation and prospectingClient presentations and product demonstrationsNegotiation and deal closingPreparing quotations and proposalsSocial media management (Instagram and other platforms)Content creation (posts, stories, reels, videos)Paid social media advertising and campaign managementCustomer relationship management and follow-upStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSmart home / automation solutions knowledge (preferred).
