Employment: Full Time Job Duration: Permanent Employment Charterhouse has an exciting opportunity in Doha for a talented and motivated Workforce Planning Manager with large scale events experience.Working with a passionate and energetic team you will hold a vital role within the workforce team where you will be responsible for overseeing the entire workforce planning for all staff and contractors. You will ensure that all event or tournament related HR requirements are in-line with operational requirements as well as work with key Stakeholders across the business and divisions you will be accountable for. In addition you will, develop and manage workforce planning reports; alignment of workforce staffing plans; workforce operation policies; workforce budgets; workforce scheduling; workforce uniform provisions as well as workforce communication. REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate will be a driven individual and team player who has outstanding communication, time management and project management skills. You should have at least 10 years experience in workforce planning and management within major events or sports events. You should thrive in a very busy environment working to tight deadlines. You will also have a proven track record in workforce planning within a dynamic and high volume recruitment environment, along with a solid understanding of operational planning and delivery in large scale events.
