Job Summary and PurposeTo support the functional experts (Officers) on coordination of the warehousing activities for the organization as well as joint venture companies and assigned to improve the Warehouse Management Structures and its processes. As a support staff, to assist in resolving any issues that come up, through working to ensure complete compliance with departmental policies and procedures and by completing any assigned tasks in a timely and effective manner.AccountabilitiesKey Accountabilities:1. Assists in WMS data collection in uploading template2. Rearranging and optimizing the existing storage spares3. Labeling and marking the locations4. Assisting to check the weight of the items5. Taking care of warehouse housekeeping6. Active participant in daily tool box talk7. Assisting to operate forklift and other handling equipment's8. Perform safe and secure operationsRequirementsQualifications, Experience and Job SkillsQualifications:1.
