An international luxury French pastry brand is expanding in Qatar and looking for talented waiters to join now!Service & barista duties:

Be perfectly familiar with all the products and know how to promote their qualities and characteristics to customers
Welcome customers and offer a level of service consistent with the luxury positioning of the house
Establish a genuine relationship with customers and recommend the most adapted products to their preferences
Present and explain the food & beverage menu and answer any questions
Prepare and sell different types of coffee & drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques
Sell F&B by explaining differences in product origins and preparation methods
Follow the company dress code and have impeccable grooming at all time

Sales duties:

Ensure that products and packaging materials are properly stored and organized
Ensure that the pastry counter and merchandising area is well presented and maintained with special attention to product display
Keep track of customer database, their profile and preferences
Keep track of products availability in stock and their shelf-life
Assist in shop management and stock replenishment
Propose solutions to improve sales and customer services
Continuously learn and seek to improve!
