DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESGreet and escort customers / guestsPresent menu and provide detailed information on hot / cold beveragesOffer menu recommendations upon requestTake accurate orders & repeat orders on time / as per the sequence.Serve food and drink ordersArrange table settings of meeting / conference rooms.Follow all relevant health regulationsProvide excellent service to guestsReport lost & found items immediately to the responsible team leader/Supervisor.Knowledge in preparing various ranges of hot / cold beverages (tea & coffee etc.)Dress in complete company uniform during working hours.Ensure adequate availability of kitchen supplies & materialsEnsure the pantry is cleaned & well organized before leaving duly.Adhere properly to telephone orders for company guests.Maintains proper grooming and a high standard of personal hygiene and to meet mandated health compliance regulations at all time
