Position Summary:The Virtual Health Representative, HBU position is responsible for maximizing the sales of products through the different sales & promotion His/Her promotional orientation (i.e., Rx sales targets) will be to create better customer experience Tasks are performed under the general direction of the Sales/Category Manager; however the incumbent is fully responsible for the business and financial results of his or her geographic Knowledgeable of customer preferences for content and channels to orchestrate an ideal customer experience through relevant content selection Distribute s knowledge using guidelines through product samples, marketing literature, clinical trials related to his Follow s -up with HCP (KOL, physicians, pharmacists, or any other party having impact on the business), to gather feedback and questions regarding experience with Pfizer products. B.Sc. Pharmacy/Pharmacy Education Background experience in Sales department plus 2 years? experience as Pharmaceutical Sales knowledge and demonstrable experience working digital ly or remotely is mandatory Pfizer Colleague Competencies Have good written and verbal/ oral communication skills Demonstrate effective interpersonal , g ood persuasive and negotiation skills and must be change agile Demonstrate effective virtual selling, presentation and strong analytical and problem solving skills Pfizer careers are like no other.
