?Report directly to the Farm Manager?Manage, direct, and organize daily, and weekly production plans / look to increase efficiency and productivity?Determine and operate plant growing conditions / this includes developing the daily production plan and managing the schedule to maximize productivity and create an optimal growing environment?Maintain detailed records of crop activities and observations, including growth records?Oversee production personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures?Track labor and product yields daily?Verify accuracy and quality of product?Partner with Quality Assurance and Food Safety to ensure all areas are in compliance with production and safety processes?Supervise daily irrigation, fertigation and GH environment management?Ensure and improve employee safety knowledge through trainings and communications?Troubleshoot quality issues?Oversee equipment, and request repairs and maintenance through the farm maintenance manager?Responsible for Department Budget?Responsible for Crops growth and production from Seed to Sale?Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the greenhouse?Degree in Agriculture (crop production, Horticulture etc?)?10 Year experience on vegetable production under greenhouses?At least 3 Year experience in Hydroponics system?3-5 Year experience in a management position
