Position SummaryThe position is responsible to deliver the targeted volume & margin of all product range in his route by achieving the right product distribution & ensuring good customer service in the most efficient manner adhering strictly to company trade, quality & safety policies.Essential Functions?1. Achieves targeted sales volume, the margin of dairy products to deliver the route sales objective.2. Achieves product distribution targets to optimize sales & improve market share.3. Control wastage within the budgeted level to deliver the targeted margin.4. Forecasts & Order products accurately and consistently in line with market demand to optimize sales & control.5. Maintains temporary credit within company policy to avoid any bad debt or financial loss.6. Ensures correct use of fridges and hygiene of the vehicle and storage area.7. Maintains excellent customer relations to ensure market dominance and goodwill.8. It provides accurate and timely feedback from the marketplace to take corrective actions.9. Adheres to company quality policy to achieve optimum customer satisfaction.10. Adheres to company health and safety policy.11. Drives carefully and ensures all safety measures are followed while driving a delivery van.12. Achieves sales targets for the designated route.13. Achieves product distribution targets to optimize sales & improve market share.14. Control wastage within the budgeted level to deliver the targeted margin.
