Job Description

The Treasury Manager will monitor the organization?s cash flow forecasts, perform financial modeling, and direct all financing activities for company and working capital for the organization. This work requires a deep understanding of the sources and uses of debt capital in complex structures within the commercial industry, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to work closely with a wide range ofstakeholders.This position will be responsible for forecast, manage and mitigate any associated risks within the Treasury function, manage banking relationships and setting a clear, well-defined Treasury strategy that aligns with Group?s overall objectives.Responsibilities:

  • Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of cash flow.
  • Managing a variety of projects Cash Management, which helps in developing new banking and policies and procedures to maximize the associated control accounts
  • Forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions.
  • Direct, monitor and manage Working capital.
  • Determine the group?s goals and risk tolerance.
  • Review and recommend changes to the investment policies based on the market conditions
  • Prepare or monitor company?s various cash flow forecasts
  • Evaluate, develop and implement cash management systems to optimize efficiencies
  • Understand and manage appropriate accounting procedures and processes.
  • Manage relationships with financial institutions.
  • Monitor bank service fees and address quality issues.
  • Conduct benchmark studies of banks and their services to evaluate whether it fits the group requirements.
  • Meet with cash management banks to plan cash management vs. group needs.
  • Evaluate alternative long-term borrowing strategies and make recommendations in accordance with the capital structure guidelines.
  • Manage, direct, and develop Cash Management staff.
  • Recommend, implement and maintain process improvements
