Job Description

A leading travel and holiday management company in Doha looking for a young, energetic, and proactive Travel Operations Manager who is ready to enhance and implement innovative strategies into their business, A background in business development or implementation would be highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be adept at executing strategies and directions as set by the General ManagerKey Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance business efficiency and profitability.
  • Enhance the system capabilities, automations and implementations.
  • Coordinate with Sales Agents (GSA) to expand business opportunities.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Analyse market trends to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with travel industry regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services and packages.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
