Job Description

Travel Industry is booming in Qatar Market. the travel coordinator must Hunt new passengers and farm from existing passengers.What i will be doing?As senior travel coordinator, you will analyze local market trends and competitor activity to generate new future business to our travel agency. specifically you will responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Analysis of local market trends and competitor activities to identify new business leads.
  • Develop customer accounts and analysis of local area to drive business into the specific revenue stream.
  • Negotiate travel packages with suppliers to deliver to passengers.
  • Develop and implement creative local marketing channels, including social media.
  • Work within current business strategies and recognizing potential opportunities. attend sales events as required.
  • Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the need of the sales manager and managing director.
  • Answer customer inquiries in prompt and professional manner.
  • Achieving monthly sales target.
  • exceeding passenger satisfaction.
  • Day to Day operation.
Qualification:
  • High School Diploma (bachelors degree is preferred.)
  • Amadeus or Gallello Certificate is a must.
Experiences
  • 5 years experience in a travel industry as a travel coordinator.
  • Excellent English and Arabic Verbal communication and written skills.
  • Excellent interacting with Amadeus or gallelo booking system.
  • Excellent knowledge Customers service experience.
  • Excellent knowledge experience of local market.
