-Manage customers enquiry and quotation Master list.-Define cost-effectiveness ( Economy quote/ Budgetary/ Quality ) coordination with respective cost team.-Standardize and prepare commercial price list-Prepare and manage timely tender submission-Manage Technical Schedule, Price Schedule, Drawing, Post Tender clarification, Deviation for tender preparation and submission.-Monitor and control variation cost from customer requirement after contract.-Coordinate with customer for any technical or tender clarification required.-Review of information about Tender Bid and derivation of supply and proposal preparations -Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation. -Monitoring of the bid management to ensure it is aligned with the organizations requirements -Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers-Contribution in cost and price calculations -Consolidate the bid price and coordinate technical bid with technical team.-Review final pricing with management, submit and make due follow-ups. ?
