Oversee the solutioning, implementation and operations of use cases from project management as well as technical aspects.
Manage, coordinate with all the stake holders (vendors, regulatory, customer, government etc) to ensure smooth implementation of use cases
Provide periodic updates to management and MCIT about the status of the use cases implementation.
Coordinates with the Platform team for the integration of Use cases with the Platform.
Prepares MoMs for relevant workshops and meetings
Arranges logistics (e.g. passes/rooms/wifi?)
Oversee technical design and implementation of the use cases from each vendor with the central platform technical lead to ensure constant alignment with the other streams.
Leads the implementation and support of use case solutions
Develop a detail the technical design structure for the use cases after understanding the requirements based on close collaboration with platform delivery teams, product managers and vendors
Develop a work schedule for efficient use case technical implementation from each vendors? perspective
Undergo the process of analysis in order to fulfil the requirement of the systems involved
Define tools to keep track of the whole system performance
Ensure constant alignment between the central platform and the use cases developers
Responsible of the technical implementation & Operations of the use-cases awarded to the company
Evaluate teams work processes and best practices and implement changes to streamline operations if needed
