Technical Officer (Waste to Energy Plant)Job Location : QatarResponsibilities :?To operate WTE plant equipment in a safe, smooth and efficient manner.?To enforce refuse screening procedure.?To coordinate activities and ensure safety procedures and Permit-To-Work system are complied with.?To perform plant routine inspections are done periodically and effectively.?To perform inspection, testing and changeover of equipment.?To monitor process parameters of equipment operated, report abnormalities detected and take corrective measures to optimize WTE plant performance?To perform to isolation and normalization of plant equipment for maintenance.?To assist Shift Charge to attend to Plant emergencies.?To provide technical guidance to shift team in trouble-shooting of equipment fault and proper operation.?To control, monitor and maintain boiler and turbine loads as prescribed.?Inspect equipment, record and log entries into operator logs, and communicate with other operators, in order to assess equipment operating status.?To assist operation engineer in Taking charge of plant operations after office hours.?Any other duty as assigned. Requirements :?Diploma/Technical Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering or equivalent.?Min. 1 year working experience in industrial plant.?Need to be able to work in shifts and staying inside the plant accomodation?Grade two Steam Engineer Certificate or equivalent would be an advantage.?Meticulous; self-driven and not color blind.?Good communication and leadership skills.?Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, 14001 & OSHAS 18001?Team oriented and self driven
