Supporting Talent Acquisition in the company and driving a culture of knowledge sharing and transparency ? Managing the end-to-end recruitment life cycle and acting as a key business partner for hiring activities ? Be responsible for managing the recruitment process ? from sourcing to evaluating CVs, to interviews and offers. You identify and attract the best talent. ? Building relationships with key stakeholders across the business and collaborating with departmental heads to define and develop vacancy requirements and hiring strategies ? Optimizing recruitment processes and developing innovative ways to attract and test potential employees ? Review the employee needs, position description, and assessment tool for placing the right candidate. ? Ensuring that vacancies are advertised on the correct channels ? Screening applicants CVs, conducting telephone and skype interviews to verify the information submitted on their CV. Further leading to face-to-face interviews ? Coordinate with the interview panel for arranging interviews. ? Deliver an amazing candidate experience ? Check the reference and credentials to ensure the candidate information is genuine. ? Negotiate the salary and joining date to prepare the offer. ? Follow-up with the candidate to ensure smooth joining. ? Lead advanced direct search efforts for hard to fill vacancies including active sourcing and event networking to maintain a pipeline of talent for future vacancy growth Requirement:
