ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIESResponsibilities

  • Manage the coordination and resolution of mainframe job failures.
  • Lead, and manage CRM (Siebel) implementation technical teams on multiple engagements
  • Determine requirements and technical specifications, evaluate PC desktop hardware and ISP services, and solicit resource bids
  • Develop programs to meet channel needs and match competitive offerings
