Location: Doha, Qatar [Onsite]Key Responsibilities:? Extensive knowledge in system administration and servers, network and security.? Identifies and analyses complex problems; distinguishes between relevant and irrelevant information to make logical decisions; provides solutions to individual and organisational problems.?Administer and manage all Client Support Systems, such as SCCM, BMC, Nexthink etc.? Performs other related work as assigned or required.? Participate in new project implementations.? Expertise in IT Technical support and should be capable of handling Tier 2 and Tier 3 incidents.? Responsible for Change Management.? 3 or more years? experience in a similar role.? Diploma or bachelor?s degree? Experience with SCCM, endpoint protection and encryption are preferred.? Strong knowledge in Active Directory, Exchange and Office 365Notice Period: Immediate to Max 30 Days preferredVisa Provided / Sponsorship available
