Job Description

-This is for a newly established material testing company of Mannai in KSA.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Land Surveying:
  • Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, land topography, and legal land descriptions.
  • Use surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and levels to collect accurate measurements.
  1. Construction Site Surveys:
  • Survey construction sites to establish reference points, layout foundations, and monitor construction progress.
  • Provide as-built surveys to verify that structures align with design specifications.
  1. Data Analysis and Mapping:
  • Process survey data and generate maps, drawings, and digital models.
  • Create and maintain accurate records of survey measurements.
  1. Geodetic and Topographic Surveys:
  • Perform geodetic surveys to establish precise global coordinates and elevations.
  • Conduct topographic surveys to identify natural features, contours, and land characteristics.
  1. Client Interaction:
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and architects to understand project requirements and provide survey solutions.
  • Communicate survey findings and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
