Job Description

Job SummaryOur Client a 4 star Hotel based in Qatar is looking forJob Discription:

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations.
  • Motivating and training the housekeeping staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards.
  • Perform routine inspections and spot checks of IDH branches to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met.
  • Submitting status reports on an ongoing basis for IDH branches.
  • reporting and documenting status to management any observed or known safety hazards, conditions or unsafe practices and procedures.
  • Scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements as required.
  • Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service.
  • Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed.
  • Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree is required.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations
  • Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
  • Excellent communication, organizational and team management skills
  • Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
