Superuser - Logistics - QatarApply now Job no: 3580217Location: QatarQatar Head OfficeLogisticsThe Corporate Logistics Team plan, move and control the flow of goods from point of origin to point of consumption across all divisions, markets and brands within Alshaya. Working closely with brand teams to ensure appropriate stock and delivery to store, the team manages a range of complex and diverse activities including shipping, freight, warehouse operations, customs clearance (in-bound and out-bound), compliance and project management.The Role:The Group Logistics Superuser is responsible for supporting the day-to-day warehouse systems and activities by troubleshooting, escalating and resolving user issues, acting as the expert in the field and providing expert first level systems support. Additionally this Superuser supports user training activities, including new starter system training.Qualifications & Requirements:You will have:

  • Senior/secondary school certificate
  • Experience of working in a warehouse environment - preferably within shipping, logistics or supply chain departments
  • Knowledge and experience working with warehouse tools and equipment (integrated logistics systems, radio frequency scanning guns)
  • English language skills.
