Manage a portfolio of existing Subsurface contracts; examples of duties include assessing the suitability of current contracts for new rig programs, seeking opportunities to optimize contract effectiveness, providing a technical evaluation for scope adds and estimating cost impact for contract cap values, implementing change orders/contract amendments as required, etc.
Establish new contracts; examples of duties include defining technical requirements/specifications to be included in contracts, developing contract / tendering strategies, providing engineering support for tendering activities, conducting technical and commercial evaluations, assisting in negotiations, etc.)
Assess commercial risks and consider appropriate risk mitigation solutions to prevent any potential impact on the Tender and Contract delivery program
Able to resolve all technical, contractual, and commercial queries
Interface internally with subsurface team members to ensure contract effectiveness, capturing lessons learned from current contracts and applying for upcoming operation programs
Interface with other QG stakeholders such as Supply Dept.to support tendering and procurement processes
Support the preparation of tender committee presentations and get approvals before submissions
