Subsea Marine Safety Specialist to join our leading Oil & Gas client in Qatar.Requirements:?Bachelor Degree in Safety, Marine Engineering/ Science/LPE or related subject with Industrial safety certification from a Professional body (NEBOSH) either Nebosh National/ International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, or higher (BSc., PgCert, pgDip, MSc.)?10 years varied experience in safety operations within the oil and gas industry including Offshore/Subsea Pipe line Installation/Diving Operations working knowledge.?Minimum of 05 years experience in a supervisory capacity of health & safety management & Specific experience in managing EPCI type contract & and have good understanding of O&G safe work practices.?Knowledge and proficiency in HSE Regulations and Best practices (OSHA, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, SOLAS IMCA requirements i.e Diving & Lifting)?Taproot Root Cause Analysis or internationally recognized equivalent?OPITO BOSIET or T-HUET and Offshore Sea Survival?Knowledge of Offshore Requirements for Lifting Operations?H2S awareness & mitigation plan implementation on Live Facilities?Knowledge of International Oil & Gas Producers Reports (IOGP)?Behavioral Based /IIF Safety programLocation: Qatar
