Vacancy OverviewSTRUCTURAL ENGINEER - QatarOur client is seeking a Structural Engineer to work within their facilities located in Qatar.Job Purpose:Our client in Qatar, is hiring forstructural Designerto work for mainly doing pre-FEED / FEED. This is a contract and residential role to be based in Qatar with initial contract duration of 6 Month.Job Requirement:

  • Minimum 8 to 12 years? experience in offshore structures (Jacket & Topside)
  • Well experienced in SACS ( offshore structural analysis software)
  • MTO , Material requisitions, TBE
  • Codes API RP2A, AISC , AWS D1.1
  • Experienced in following analysis
  • Inplace , fatigue , seismic
  • Loadout, lift, transport
  • Boat impact, pushover
  • Experienced in following calculationsCathodic protection
  • Weight control
  • Primary / secondary steel
  • FEM
