Job Description

About this role:

  • Managing major strategic projects requested from the Company Group Board
  • Monitor and manage strategic plans progress and execution
  • Organize monthly & weekly meeting with SME (Subject matter experts) for progress tracking
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on strategic action improvement
  • Present and facilitate stakeholder meetings including executive Board Members
  • Manage highly specialized team members locally and monitor day-to-day activities of the project team to ensure work is progressing as planned
  • Work with project team and be actively involved in all aspects of the work
  • Develop project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, budgets and allocation of available resources
  • Defines the role and responsibilities of the project team members
  • Reviews project materials with management/ stakeholders to drive consensus on goals, timelines, budgets, identifying and allotting resources to the projects
  • Detects and resolves risks and issues through the duration of the project
  • Facilitates implementation, status and milestone meetings with cross-functional groups
  • Generates and distributes status reports catering to a wide variety of audiences (operational, management, executive board levels)
  • Captures key decisions, meeting notes/ minutes, and tracks action items
  • Planning and directing COMPANYs strategic and long-term organizational strategy
  • Support to set the overall strategic plan for the Middle East Region
  • Actively engage in a broad scope of strategic initiatives across various issues, events and moments
  • Conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, and stakeholders
  • Assess market trends and competitor and identify threats and opportunities
  • Lead efforts to analyze, evaluate and formulate recommendations and next steps on a wide variety of strategic initiatives
  • Establish a business case/ financials associated with the initiative.
What you need to bring:
  • 6+ year experience in a global company, ideally with experience within Company Group or subsidiaries
  • 3+ year experience in project management, process reengineering, consulting or related fields
  • Knowledge of performance improvement principles, tools, and techniques
