Job Description
The primary responsibility to execute purchasing transactions and acquisitions included in the following responsibilities:
Pick-up product by monitoring the orders, loading, and moving product.
Store product by designating storage areas, adjusting storage areas according to the orders and shipping notifications.
Update location database.
Prepare product for order by verifying location; directing movement to staging area; resolving problems.
Verify product inventory reports by comparing logs and reports, adjusting entries.
Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records; maintaining databases.
Monitor inventory by completing counts as required.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Accomplishes distribution and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Perform any other duty, within a reasonable professional boundary, as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Contribute to the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet departmental requirements, policies and standards.
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices to increase productivity and operational efficiency and adhere to all relevant department?s policies, processes, procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Follow all relevant organizational HSE and QM policies, processes, procedures and instructions to ensure Health, Safety and Quality compliance in all aspects of work and ensure commitment to a culture of continuous improvement by complying with Quality Management System processes, providing and receiving constructive feedback, to meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
