Job Description

The stock keeper is responsible for maintaining and reporting the warehouse in & out log sheets and stock reports.Responsibilities

  • Receives shipments of goods and materials, check against the delivery note specifications and report any discrepancy/damage or short receipt to the Shop Manager.
  • Maintains stockroom in good condition, ensuring at all times cleanliness, good ventilation, lightning and stock arrangement
  • Transfers goods to and between stores, and sends documents between stores and back office and have everything organized.
  • Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
  • Assists on performing regular stock check-up and physical count under the direction of the Shop Manager.
