Dont miss this unique opportunity to join our team and be part of the worlds leading luxury hotel company.We are looking for a Storekeeper who will support the Director of Purchasing, overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Purchasing Department.Essential Functions:The storekeeper is responsible for general and department-specific, routine, daily store activities, including processing postings, supplies receipt and distribution, carry out inventories and inventory control activities, and may manage purchase and change orders.
  • Receive and forward all goods and deliveries in and out of the hotel to the correct point of contact/storage area.
  • Able to follow standards forissuing and receiving stock within the stores area of operation.
  • Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based onparlevels or needs.
  • Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
  • Monitor PAR levels for all food items to ensure proper levels.
  • Responsible for storage of both food & beverage and operational stock.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day check on the storage facilities for upkeep and hygiene.
  • Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.
  • Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.
  • Ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean & tidy and in strict compliance with hygiene regulations.
  • Ensure the quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches.
  • Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies.
  • Work closely with Purchasing to order and receive items and equipment.
  • Adhere to all Health andSafety procedures particularly relating to food and beverage items.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language.
  • Keep accurate recordings of all incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Adhere to Four Seasons Hotel?s standards as well as policies and procedures
  • Complies with Four Seasons? Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in Employee Handbook
  • Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and direct superior
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Degree Holder, preferably in hotel & tourism management
  • 2-4 years of experience in related field
  • Excellent command in English, Arabic is an advantage
