1.?Conduct physical inspection of consignment received, prepare system receiving documents, and report deviation on quantities and materials specification based on Purchase Order.?2.?Responsible for the Safe keeping of all Stock and Non-Stock items and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of materials and storage area.?3.?Supervise dispatching and issuance of materials and prepare corresponding documents.?4.?Control and monitor the movement of items with complete documentation and ensure that materials are available when needed.?5.?Initiate inventory accuracy by conducting self-checking and system versus physical balance of materials in the store.?6.?Prepare up to date Inventory Reports as needed by the Inventory Controller and Department Head on a timely manner.?7.?Prepare the Store and Stocks for the Quarterly random checking and Year End Stock taking activity.?8.?Coordinate any recommendation for improvement in work areas and procedures to the Inventory Controller.?9.?Maintain clean, complete, and organized file/records.?10.Constant coordination with the Showroom Storekeeper, Inventory Controller, and Sales Team.
