Employment: Full Time 1.The Store Officer is responsible Receiving, Handling, Recording and Issuing Materials as per the SOP and ISO procedures. And to ensure accurate accountability of all transactions to and from the stores.2.To undertake the day to day, supervise of store workers and store services to deliver a construction industry focused service.3.The Store officer is responsible to Handling and Storing materials as per the manufacturer recommendations.4.To facilitate periodic checks of the quantities of materials held in stock.5.Be responsible for the security /Safeguarding of stores/ all materials /Equipments and Assets held in stock.6.Liaise with Warehouse/Project/Construction Management in to ensure that trends are accommodated within the mini-max criteria for Non-Permanent materials and ensure the efficient use of materials to avoid damages/possible surplus.7.Ensure the integrity of the stores area is maintained, clean and tidy hazardous free at all times REQUIREMENTS: 1.The Store Officer should be able to demonstrate collaborative work style, strong LEADERSHIP, PLANING, ORGANIZING AND COORDINATING skills and should have the ability to take proper decision and action whenever any difficult situation arises.2.He/she should have excellent oral and written communication skills and Good analytical skills.3.Minimum 3 years GCC experience in Construction Field. (Preferably )4.He/she should be able to execute clerical and administrative work with good planning and numeric skills.5.He/she should have a methodical approach to complete the assigned work and should pay strong attention to detail.
