Job Description

About this role:

  • Conduct full asset inventory
  • Identify asset status variations
  • Develop asset inventory report with current asset status
  • Collect missing asset information
  • Update the asset database with the current asset status
  • Receive and register new assets into the asset database
  • Establish asset relationships and update the asset database accordingly
  • Print out the asset tags and place the tags into the assets
  • Identify disposal assets and generate the asset disposal lists
  • Provide implementation progress report on a weekly basis.
What you need to bring:
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering / Computer Science or related fields
  • 5 years of experience with asset inventory and management
  • Ability to use ITSM tools BMC-Remedy
  • Quality assurance and quality control
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Office, MS Visio, and MS PowerPoint.
