Key Responsibilities: Supervise fabrication, welding, and erection activities of steel structures.Coordinate with project management, engineering, and construction teams to ensure timely delivery.Monitor quality control procedures and ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.Implement safety protocols and promote safe working practices on-site.Review fabrication and erection drawings, procedures, and inspection reports.Manage and mentor site personnel, subcontractors, and vendors.Troubleshoot technical issues related to steel fabrication and erection.Prepare progress reports and document site activities.Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in steel fabrication and erection, preferably in offshore or heavy industrial projects.Strong knowledge of welding codes (e.g., AWS, ASME, API).Familiarity with fabrication and erection planning, quality assurance, and safety standards.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to work in challenging environments and manage multiple team
