Employment: Full Time Please note to be considered for this position you must be based in Qatar with NOC.Client is an International consultancy that has recently been awarded a new projectThe Stakeholder, Interface and PR Manager will be the primary contact with all external parties and will meet, discuss and understand their needs and issues and manage their expectations with regards to the various projects making up the Program. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of Twelve (12) years` of interface and public relations liaison and stakeholder management experience is required, together with a minimum of seven (7) years experience with local communities. Project experience shall include substantial experience with major roads, infrastructure and drainage projects, with the emphasis on schemes in urban sensitive areas and/or in close proximity to housing.The candidate must be fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English, have excellent communication skills, and must be very familiar with local utility, governmental and other stakeholder procedures and requirements.
