Masters degree in a relevant field is an advantage.More than 10 years post graduate experience with at least 5 years experience in major infrastructure projects or programs; preference will be given to roads, aviation, structures or rail projects related experienceDemonstrable track record in the delivery of large multidisciplinary projects.Excellent communication skills in English, written and spokenArabic language skillsExperience of working in Qatar and / or the Gulf region
