Responsible for tending to equine emergencies and liaise with the Vet
Managing Stable hands/Grooms/Head Groom
Arena surface management, graze and turn out management
Teaching all levels
Assisting and liaise RS Coordinator and Head Coach
Support in training of horses and planning events
Sustains a friendly and professional environment in which riding, training, physiotherapy, education, work placements, research and evaluation activities all take place
