Experience, GCC countries experience. Proven experience in medium- and long-term electricity and water Demand Forecasting, Capacity Expansion planning, IPWP generation and desalination projects identification and implementation. Economic, finance and statistics knowledge?Thorough knowledge of Generation/water production Planning using suitable packages preferably PLEXOS?Proven Demand Forecast modeling experience with Economic and statistics knowledge.
